A joiner is an edit of images of overlapping photographs.
This is the edit of a photo by adding another part of the photo by adding a different photo on top of it.
Serval images constructed together to make an overall image.

Joiners have been created for many years- originally they were taken on Polaroid cameras- photos taken separately and then put together. Yet now we have the technology to do so, we can join the photos using different apps- for us we will be using photoshop to do our editing. They show a full image that includes different angles to make the image have a wider angle. David Hockney is a key and important contributor to joiners as he was the one who named it "joiners" and also helped with the concept- yet he uses in art, we shall obviously be using it to capture images.
